Language - Students must converse only in English on school premises to enhance their language skills and create a uniform communication environment.
Punctuality and Appearance - Students must arrive at school on time and wear the complete, neat, and proper uniform daily as specified by the school's dress code.
Campus Boundaries - Leaving the school campus during working hours without explicit permission from the Principal or without being accompanied by a parent/guardian is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness - Littering is unacceptable. Students should use dustbins provided around the campus to maintain cleanliness and environmental responsibility.
Gifts - Offering gifts to staff members is strictly forbidden to maintain professional boundaries and prevent any form of favoritism.
Personal Items - Wearing gold/silver ornaments is forbidden to prevent loss and reduce distractions.
Respect for Property - Scribbling on walls, desks, benches, or library books is strictly forbidden. Any damage to school property must be compensated for by the responsible student to the satisfaction of the Management.
Disciplinary Authority - The Principal reserves the right to take disciplinary action suitable to the nature of the offense, up to and including expulsion from the institution.
Play Restrictions - Students are strictly forbidden from playing in classrooms or corridors to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Property Safety - Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books, lunch boxes, and all other personal belongings.
Assembly Conduct - Silence must be maintained before, during, and after the school assembly to respect the communal space and its purpose.
Communication of Issues - Any problems or concerns should be brought immediately to the attention of the concerned class teacher.
Mandatory Attendance - Students must attend all school celebrations and functions as these are integral parts of the school’s curriculum and community spirit.
Activity Participation - Regular and punctual participation in all school activities is required to ensure full educational engagement.
Voluntary Activities - Participation in extra-curricular or co-curricular activities such as Yoga, Karate, or Dance is voluntary. The school, staff, and management are indemnified from any liabilities resulting from participation in these activities.

Timeliness - Please ensure your child arrives at school 15 minutes before the assembly and is picked up promptly after school hours. Timeliness reflects discipline and respect for the school schedule.
Updates to Contact Information - Immediately inform the school office in writing of any changes to your address or phone number to ensure smooth communication.
Presentation - A child who is cleanly dressed and punctual not only upholds your family’s reputation but also sets a standard for their personal responsibility.
Nutrition and Health - A well-nourished child is better equipped to learn. Ensure that your child has a nutritious meal before school and maintain their overall health.
Fee Payment - School fees should be paid within the stipulated timeframe. Please note that fees once paid are non-refundable.
Parent-Teacher Meetings - Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings and Open Days is crucial. These interactions provide insights into your child’s progress and areas needing attention.
Progress Reports - Expect a progress report from your ward after each test/exam. Review, sign, and return these promptly to track and support your child's academic performance.
Daily Monitoring - Regularly read and sign your child’s diary. Check that homework assignments are completed as this encourages routine and discipline in your child’s daily habits.
Personal Items - Do not send money or costly items with your child to school to avoid distractions or losses.
Extracurricular Participation - Encourage your child to engage in a variety of activities offered by the school. This promotes well-rounded development and helps discover new interests and talents.
Communication Protocol - Parents should not meet their children or teachers during school hours without prior approval. All communications should be directed through the principal or school office.
Meeting with Teachers - You are welcome to discuss school matters with the class teacher during designated times as communicated by the school, or after school hours at 5:30 p.m.
Leave Application - When your child is absent, please send a leave application addressed to the class teacher, detailing the reason for the absence.
Principal Meetings - Meetings with the principal are available after school hours or by appointment to discuss any significant concerns or suggestions.
School's Discretion - Please be aware that the principal, staff, and management reserve the right to amend or enforce policies for the betterment of the school environment and student body.
