For the Attention of Members of Staff

To maintain the highest standards of professionalism and dedication in our educational environment, Shri Venkateswara Matriculation Higher Secondary School sets forth the following guidelines for all staff members:

shape   Language Policy

All staff members are required to converse only in English within the school premises to promote a consistent and professional language environment.

shape   Arrival Time

Staff should arrive at the school at least half an hour before the scheduled school time. This ensures adequate preparation time and sets a punctual, professional example for our students.

shape   Campus Boundaries

During working hours, staff members are not permitted to leave the school premises without explicit permission from the Principal. This policy is in place to maintain a secure and supervised learning environment.

shape   Role Modeling

Remember, the making of a nation takes shape in your classroom. As educators, you are expected to be perfect role models for our students—demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

shape   Discipline Philosophy

Adhere to the philosophy of "Spare the rod and love the child." Our approach is to guide students with empathy and understanding, rather than physical discipline.

shape   Leave Permissions

Casual leave must be planned and approved in advance. Prior permission from the appropriate authority is necessary to ensure that classroom responsibilities are managed effectively.

shape   Gifts and Solicitations

Receiving gifts or soliciting any form of collection from students or parents is strictly prohibited to avoid any conflicts of interest or perceptions of impropriety.

shape   Professional Conduct

Loose discussions about the institution, its management, or authorities, whether among staff, with students, parents, or the public, are strictly forbidden. This maintains the integrity and professional image of our institution.

shape  Termination Policy

The management reserves the right to terminate employment in cases of gross negligence of duty or misconduct. Such actions are taken to preserve the quality and safety of our educational environment.
